I’d rather play hop-scotch in a prison yard

That’s funny because I would rather you play hopscotch in a prison yard as well.

Oh my God this is freaking awesome! Wake Freaking Island! The best map yet….oh too bad the xbots can’t have a crack at it! Oh man…this is what it’s all about….Xbots missing out oh so sad…

Actually I don’t freaking see the damn pack yet! WTF It’s like 2:00 in the afternoon. We only got a freaking week, those damn xbots better not get it until exactly 1 week after that $hit goes live. If it’s 5:00PM tonight then it better damn be 5:00PM next Tuesday.

Bla ha ha, just kidding. I don’t give a fk about the 1 week exclusive; I think all timed exclusives are just lame – this is one all of us can enjoy. Battlefield

24 players max. that is all

      Completely honest here.

I prefer 24 players and it was actually part of my decision to get it on PS3 – along with I really don’t like Origin.

Anyways I prefer the 24 because when I played BF2 back in the day on PC – you literally are walking over eachother and forget even trying to get into a jet or a helicopter or tank; they would be gone before you could even locate them.

Just my humble opinion. I’ve personally really enjoyed BF3 and I was just playing above anyways. I’m happy for anyone that can enjoy this truely amazing game and I think the exclusive week is stupid; all timed exclusives are.

      Enjoy

      Cool dude

I know that were both HUGE BF3 fans but I think that 24 players are just “Not good”

Ever played Operation firestorm Conquest? It kinda sucks…. Thats why I stick with Rush or TDM instead..

Conquest is what I’m all about and out of the current maps; I’d say firestorm is my 2nd favorite.

But I’m also all about the vehicles, Firestorm is a fine map though.

I accidently did “team deathmatch” the other day and was really impressed, really great non vehicle gameplay. Within 1/2 hour I got 14 knife kills

When I only had BFBC2 for ps3, I played rush 85% of the time. It was much more cohesive than Conquest with 24 players. Now that I’m on PC, 85%+ of my time is conquest large with 64 players. Simply put, less players = rush. more players = conquest.

Unless it’s Kharg island. 64 player rush allll day.

      Cool dude

Well, I did play Beta on PC and Metro Rush was so populated.. 64 players, no one wins….

Operation Metro Rush is unplayable with anything more than 24 players. I usually go 16 for it.

But in all honesty, you haven’t played conquest until you’ve gone PC. Console conquest is a lame shadow.

      No way!

BFBC & BFBC 2 and BF3 – All conquest all the way. I’ve only played like 3 rush maps total since I got BF3.

Team Deathmatch is awesome but conquest is what I”m about.

And Nick – I did have BF2 on PC, conquest on consoles is still epic.

meh whenever I play console CQ is just think about how downscaled it is. BF2 maps had up to 10 flags. BC2 never got over 4. To me it feels more like upscaled domination in cod than Battlefield conquest. But thats BC2. I havent tried BF3 console CQ.

The last Battlefield PC game I played was BF2. But most maps I remember had either 4 or 5 flags. I was kind of lost back in the day on that one. I never got any of the expansion packs and never even got to play wake island on BF2.

But please…don’t be so hard on my conquest BF3, that’s my favorite mode on PS3 and I can play it all day. I think it’s the type of person you are. Every one of them is awesome – except operation metro, I’ll leave that one every time.

TDM is fun – Rush I just never get into but on consoles there’s some vehicles in Rush that aren’t anywhere else in the game. Like the Mobile AA and A-10.

IDK, I do want to get it for PC too. I just wish I could add my PS3 charactor so I don’t have to start from scratch building up skills, kills and unlocks.

who can’t wait for mw3 map packs anyway? Is cod so overmilked that when a person buys at launch they can’t wait for dlc?

I have to wait. Download 85% complete when I left for work this morning. Something failed and I have to download it all again. Surely in this day and age a download failure can resume rather than restart? Same thing happened twice with bc2. I got that in May, a mighty big patch by then to fail twice on.

Got 2 games of conquest in last night, joined wake island half way through had a really close one then was in my worst ass wupping ever on Shaqi peninsula. starting with 20 extra tickets but the enemy holding all flags is either not well balanced or I was in a particularly poor team. Admittedly my contribution was minimal, but still. Nice maps though, keen to get some more in tonight.
