Blizzard has recently launched their new Battle.net launcher into beta.  Similar to EA’s Origin and Valve’s Steam, the new Battle.net launcher will eventually become the new way that players launch Blizzard games.  Huskystarcraft recently took YouTubers on walkthrough of the new software.

The Battle.net launcher basically puts all of the features of the web based Battle.net into a program on your computer.  You can view all the latest news about Blizzard games, Tournament information, Patch Notes, and other features all from this program.

The new launcher is currently not available for public consumption, and there’s no timeline officially announced as to when Blizzard plans on implementing the launcher as the default for StarCraft II, World of WarCraft and Diablo III.
