Red Faction: Armageddon Media Explodes Stuff

For those of you that loved Red Faction: Guerrilla’s destructive capabilities, this latest trailer for Red Faction: Armageddon showcases Ruin, a mode in the upcoming shooter that is dedicated to pure destructive mayhem.  So rest assured all of that destructive goodness is returning when Red Faction: Armageddon releases for Xbox 360, PS3, and PC on May 31st.

But back to the Ruin mode, here you’ll be able to chain together explosive combos for bonus points and compete with online friends in a Challenge Mode.  There’s also a mode which allows you to test your destructive theories in a Free Play mode.  The mode is unranked, but you can take what you learn to the Challenge Mode and blow your friends scores out of the water.  Ruin mode is described as a mode where destructive creativity is rewarded.
