The Halo 5: Guardians Multiplayer Arena Beta is due to go live publicly on December 29th, but 343 Industries has opened the beta slightly early for Xbox Dashboard Preview participants and media for a sneak peek at the game. We’ll be live-streaming via Twitch when the coverage embargo lifts at 3PM CT on December 19th.
While 343 Industries plans to roll out new features throughout the public beta, this first, unfiltered look at Halo 5 Guardians will feature only the Week 1 content. The full multiplayer beta will feature a total of 7 maps, 3 game types, and numerous weapons released across the three week beta period.
The public launch of the Halo 5: Guardians Multiplayer Beta takes place from December 29th and will run through January 18th.
