Rockstar Extends GTA Online Festivities

Due to the outage which has been reported on both PSN and XBLA Rockstar Games has decided to extend the time on both PSN and XBLA.

Rockstar Support announced early today on Twitter that due to the outage players will be able to reap the rewards when they are able to login on the respective platforms. Rockstar specifically said: “Due to issues with PSN & XBL connectivity, we’re extending the GTA Online Festive Surprise Christmas Day inventory gifts for the time being.” This was in regards to their festive surprise for the holiday which included new costumes and outfits as well as various other extras for players who decided to join in on the festivities on all platforms.

This also includes the snow which is currently available in Los Santos as apart of the Festive Surprise update. So player are able to experience what Los Santos would be like with snow covered roads and environments. Rockstar is the real winner in this sort of thing as they always do their best to make their community feel welcomed.
