2K Sports has announced a unique promotion offering the full version of NBA 2K15 for free this weekend for Xbox Live Gold members.
That’s right, the entire NBA 2K15 video game will be playable for free if you are an Xbox Live Gold member. The whole game will be available for you to play from noon PDT April 24th until 12.01am Monday, April 27.
The best thing about this promotion is that your progress in NBA 2K15 will be saved if you choose to buy the full version at a later date. You don’t have to be afraid of losing any progress if you played a large chunk of the game this weekend.
Microsoft notes after the weekend ends, you can choose to buy NBA 2K15 digitally or at a retail store. It doesn’t matter really as you save progress is already stored on the hard drive.
Microsoft also said your Gamerscore and achievements will be left intact. It’s perfect timing as the NBA Playoff season is now in full swing. If you choose to play the game online, there’s sure to be many players out there.
Hopefully the NBA 2K15 servers manage to stay up online with the increased player count coming this weekend.
