Koei Tecmo has released an all-new Dead or Alive Xtreme 3 trailer today focusing on Hitomi. She is only one of the nine female playable characters that will be in the game.
Even though the Xtreme series of games were primarily about beach volleyball, the third game will allow players to participate in numerous other beach/pool related activities.
One of the returning features in Dead or Alive Xtreme 3 is pole dancing. You obviously won’t see any of the characters naked, but it is an interesting feature to include in a game like this…
The new game will also have numerous new outfits for players to collect for each of the nine playable characters. The game is still set in Zack’s Island and he’s only invited the females to come over.
The only thing that might disappoint some long-term fans of the series is that not every female character was able to make the cut. Koei Tecmo had a strict nine character quota and fans voted on who they wanted to play as. Dead or Alive originals Tina and Lei Fang are sadly missing.
Dead or Alive Xtreme 3 will be released On March 24th, 2016 exclusively for the PS4 and PS Vita consoles. It will only be out in Japan and Asian countries, but Westerners will be able to import it.
