There are reportedly two titles that are floating around that could be the official names for Star Wars: Episode 8. The film will not be called “The First Order Strikes Back” if you are thinking like that.
One rumor comes from a Facebook photo that shows a poster that claims the movie will be called “Star Wars: Tale of the Jedi Temple”. This poster is reportedly going to be revealed officially on May 4th, 2016.
A more credible source comes from a Croatian Star Wars news website that has a different name for Star Wars: Episode 8. They report that the movie will be called “Star Wars: The Order of the Dark Side”.
The reason the Croatian site has more weight to it is because Disney is already there preparing to shoot some scenes for the movie later this month. They must have heard a crew member of some sort discussing what the title could be.
However for all we know, both titles could be absolutely wrong. Star Wars movies are great, but they don’t always have the best titles. “Attack of the Clones” might be the worst title out of all the Star Wars films. It’s fitting though since most people feel that it’s the worst Star Wars movie anyway…
