Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End could very well be the longest game in the entire series judging by recent comments made by Naughty Dog via a livestream.

Naughty Dog’s Arne Meyer had a lot to say about the length of Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End. He didn’t give a specific number, but he gave an indication that it’s pretty long.

Meyer said that the game has a “pretty significant length” and that it is longer than the first three of games of the series no matter what difficulty you play on. It was also mentioned there is no such thing as a typical playthrough in Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End. This is because there is more options available to players thanks to the more open level design.

Another thing Naughty Dog confirmed about the game is that it will have a Photo Mode. You can take photos by simply pressing the L3 and R3 buttons together. The team feels a lot of people will make use of it because the game has a plethora of beautiful environments and more.

One more interesting tidbit is that it will not have a co-op mode in the single player campaign. They felt this would have taken way the impact of Nathan Drake’s last adventure.
