The talented folks over at Hot Toys has now revealed on their Facebook page a closer look at the Yoda figurine. This figurine is based on the character’s appearance from The Empire Strikes Back.
Much like every other figure that Hot Toys makes, this is a 1/6th scale toy so he will be a bit shorter than most figures that stand at an average of 12 inches tall. You can read on more details and his accessories below.
“Today, Hot Toys is excited to officially present the 1/6th scale Collectible Figure of Luke’s wise mentor Yoda from Star Wars: Episode V The Empire Strikes Back!
The highly-accurate collectible figure is specially crafted based on the image of Yoda in Star Wars: Episode V The Empire Strikes Back. It features two newly developed head sculpts, specially developed body, finely tailored costume, a range of detailed accessories including a cane, crate container, small lamp, LED-light up power unit, and Dagobah diorama figure base with rocks.”
Don’t be alarmed if you were expecting the figure to come with a green lightsaber because the character did not carry one in the original trilogy. He only comes with accessories that he had during The Empire Strikes Back and that’s it. You can see more photos via Facebook.
