PUBG will be introducing a much smaller map into the game called Codename: Savage. This 4×4 map is currently in development, but PUBG Corp is trying to get the player base involved with development by deploying it onto the Test Server first and taking community feedback into consideration.
Unfortunately, you can’t just log-in to the PUBG Test Servers and play the Savage Map. You’ll need to have a Beta Key to test the Savage Map and the only way to get on is by signing up and hoping that you’re selected to receive one.
Right now the only way to get a Savage Map Test Key is by heading here, and linking your registration with your Steam account. There are a couple of stipulations. First you must own the game on Steam and your profile needs to be set to public during the test.
The first test for the PUBG Savage Map is slated to kick off on April 2nd and will begin at 7pm PDT. The Savage Map test will conclude on April 5th at 4am PDT. This first test will be solo only, with FPP Only in North America and Europe. Other regions will be TPP.
