Alexandre Amancio has left the Assassin’s Creed team to join a Montreal based marketing company according to recent reports. The creative director on Assassin’s Creed Revelations led the team to one of the most ambitious Assassin’s Creed stories to date.
Ubisoft has not made any statements concerning Amancio’s departure, but with more Assassin’s Creed expected as early as next Fall, you can be they’ll be naming a successor in short order.
Asssassin’s Creed: Revelations was the work of several studios across the Ubisoft family, which Amancio pointed out to be the reason, the company is able to put out yearly renditions of the popular franchise at such a high level of quality.
Assassin’s Creed: Revelations is due to see its first bout of downloadable content in the Mediterranean Traveler’s Pack, later this month.
