How to Double Pump Shotgun in Fortnite Battle Royale

The Double Pump has become quite popular in Fortnite Battle Royale for Shotgun fans.  This move allows players to equip two shotguns and use them both one after the other for a powerful offensive attack.  So how do you pull of the Double Pump Shotgun Attack in Fortnite?

How to Double Pump in Fortnite Battle Royale

1. Equip two Pump Shotguns
2. Shoot With Your First Pump Shotgun
3. Swap to the Second Shotgun and wait for the sound (this means the cooldown is over).
4. Shoot With Your Second Pump Shotgun
5. Switch Back to your first Pump Shotgun and repeat the process

The Double Pump Shotgun method isn’t quite as deadly as it was before patch 3.0.0, but there are still plenty of players using the method.  But it requires much more skill this time around as you’ll need to get the rhythm between firing and switching weapons down pat, or you’ll need to start the process over again.

The Double Pump Method can still be chained to fire through all of the loaded ammunition in both pump shotguns, and can be fired in rapid succession for skilled players.
