Amazon Italy Leaks/Lists LEGO Star Wars 7: The Force Awakens Video Game

This article is over 8 years old and may contain outdated information

Warner Bros. is due to make a big announcement tomorrow regarding popular franchises. We thought it was Batman vs Superman related, but it sounds like it could be a Star Wars 7: The Force Awakens video game.

Amazon Italy has put up a listing for “LEGO Star Wars: Episode 7” which is obviously Star Wars 7: The Force Awakens. It put up a May 31st, 2016 release date which falls on a Tuesday so it’s not just another random placeholder date.

It also included a product description which says: “The Force is strong here … The best-selling LEGO video game franchise returns with a journey full of action and humor based on the hit movie of Star Wars

LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens, players relive the action of the movie Star Wars: The Force Awakens, told through the lens of intelligent and witty LEGO. LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens also introduces Multi-buildings and Battles with the Blaster gaming universe LEGO

Some of the characters that are included in the game are “Rey, Finn, Poe, BB-8, Kylo Ren, Han Solo and many others“. It will also have playable exclusive content that “bridges the gap between the story of Star Wars VI: Return of the Jedi and Star Wars 7: The Force Awakens“.

This is great news for fans of the new movie as Star Wars Battlefront does not include any The Force Awakens content. Disney Infinity 3.0’s offering of The Force Awakens was pretty short so this new LEGO game should rectify that.

The game is set to be available for 3DS, Wii U, PC, PS4, PS3, Xbox One and Xbox 360. Tomorrow we should be getting an official announcement on it.
