Amazon UK is doing something weird as Grand Theft Auto V on PS4 bundle is more expensive than the Xbox One equivalent.
The Xbox One Grand Theft Auto V bundle on Amazon UK costs £349.85. This is the standalone Xbox One console so it’s cheaper since you don’t need to have the Kinect sensor anymore. It comes with everything a normal bundle will have including the chat headset, controller and HDMI cable. It’s worth noting you get a proper disc copy of Grand Theft Auto V and not just a download code like other Xbox One bundles.
Amazon UK is also selling a PS4 Grand Theft Auto V bundle but for £389.99. It comes with the same things such as controller, physical copy of the game plus the required cables and such. The only weird thing is that it’s priced £40 more expensive than the Xbox One bundle.
Grand Theft Auto V on PS4 and Xbox One doesn’t come out until November 18th. It’s possible Amazon UK could fix the huge price difference if many buyers see the comparison between the two versions. That, or this is the price that has been set and consumers will just have to choose which one is right for them.
