Late last year it was discovered that Ubisoft had registered the domain for something called the Assassin’s Creed Collection, which resulted in many people to begin to speculate that the publisher was planning on re-releasing some of the earlier games in the series in one package. However, the cat is now out of the bag and it wasn’t what people were assuming at all.
The website has now revealed that the Assassin’s Creed Collection is actually a monthly magazine that is focused on Assassin’s Creed action figures made by Hachette Partworks. Subscribers pay a certain amount each month and then receive hand-painted figurines from the popular Ubisoft series.
Here’s a little description on the figurines from the official Assassin’s Creed Collection website:
“Each figurine is hand-painted to feature incredible details from the game characters. From Ezio Auditore’s hidden blades to Haytham Kenway’s Grand Master uniform, all the characters’ outfits and weaponry are faithfully reproduced.”
To go along with these figurines is the actual magazine itself, which is “a richly illustrated magazine packed with information on the characters represented, and their place within the Assassin’s Creed Universe.” You can get more information by clicking right here.
