Battlefield 1 EA Access & Origin Access will be available to subscribers on October 13th. It will be a trial version just like FIFA 17 was though, unless purchased fully.
EA Access & Origin Access will allow Battlefield 1 fans to experience the game earlier than others, and play for up to 10 hours with everything carrying over to the full game if purchased. The announcement was made earlier today on the official site. It also notes that those who have an access membership will also receive 10% off their purchase of Battlefield 1 which creates a somewhat enticing deal. The early access trial will be available from October 13th through October 20th. If fans play during this time, they will unlock an exclusive dog tag for use in the full release and if they manage to burn through all 10 hours of trial time before the release on October 20th they will earn a Battlepack to unlock in the full game as well.
Battlefield 1 EA Access & Origin Access will have five maps, St. Quentin Scar, Amiens, Sinai Desert, Fao Fortress and Suez. Modes available will be Conquest, Rush, Operations, and Domination. If you haven’t already used up your ten hours of play time by October 20th, the rest of the maps and modes will open up allowing you free reign until you use the rest of your early trial time.
Battlefield 1 is set to release on October 20th for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.
