Many fans expect BlizzCon to be dominated by the upcoming World Of Warcraft: Warlords Of Draenor expansion coupled with the full reveal and possible trailer/footage of Starcraft II: Legacy Of The Void. Blizzard has put up the schedule that Diablo 3 fans will be looking for and also teased possible announcements.

Blizzard has announced the panels for Diablo 3 fans to attend or watch online via the Virtual Ticket. Saturday there will be a panel titled Evolving Reaper of Souls which will take a retrospective look and how it impacts future item design in Diablo 3. Game director, Kevin Martens and lead designer, Josh Mosqueira will be host the panel and be joined game designer Travis Day as they discuss the lessons learned during development. They will also be revealing upcoming Legendary Set items coming to the game.

The most important Diablo 3 panel will take place the day before, Friday, November 7th titled Diablo III – What’s Next. As the official description reads: “In this you’ll get a first look at some of the features and concepts we’re working on for future Diablo III patches, including a taste of new loot, upcoming balance changes, and a few . . . mischievous surprises.” One can only hope that this leads to a new expansion. Both Kevin Martens and Josh Mosqueira will attend the panel as well as senior technical designer Wyatt Cheng, and senior game designer Jonny Ebbert.

Hopefully this will lead to an expansion reveal, if we remember back a few months ago AllGamesBeta leaked this image. It was later forgotten due to clever social media response from Blizzard. Sword Of Wisdom or not. We shall find out this weekend as BlizzCon kicks off this Friday and runs until Saturday. The two day event is sure to have Blizzard fans and Diablo 3 fans alike, eager for more.
