Next week, Bungie will finally reveal Destiny: the developer’s first game since 2010 and the release of Halo: Reach on the Xbox 360. Earlier this week, Bungie opened a teaser site for the game to begin the viral build-up heading into the announcement. If that wasn’t enough of a confirmation that Bungie’s next game would be announced soon, the developers have also recently opened an official Twitter account for the game.
The account says that Bungie’s Destiny announcement will arrive on February 17th and leads to a page on Bnet that shows that a new forum has been opened for the game as well.
We’ll find out soon enough if Bungie is going to be able to hit their targeted 2013 release date pretty shortly. Last week, when asked about the timing of the release, Activision had no details to share about the launch of Destiny.
