Microsoft has really opened the floodgates in terms of Xbox One Backwards Compatibility releases. Monday saw three new games hit the service, which allows gamers to play select Xbox 360 games on their Xbox One. Today we have two more, and they are pretty big.

Dark Souls and Tekken Tag Tournament 2 are now available for Xbox One Backwards Compatibility play. If you own the games digitally for your Xbox 360 then they will appear as ready to install on your Games screen. If you have them in physical disc format, you’ll just need to insert the disc to prompt the download. After that you will need to have the disc inserted to play the games though, so hold onto it.

Both of these titles were published by Bandai Namco Entertainment, and while they aren’t the first from the company to make their way to Xbox One Backwards Compatibility, it is a sign that more could be on the way. Dark Souls 2 will almost certainly appear at some point, though working out technical issues might cause it to be a while. Microsoft has said they will release Xbox One Backwards Compatible games as they become available though, so hopefully it will be soon.

With Microsoft releasing so many titles for Xbox One Backwards Compatibility, what games are left on your request list? Let us know in the comments…as long as it isn’t Red Dead Redemption, we already know about that one.
