Bandai Namco has announced that they’re releasing a Dark Souls Trilogy later this year for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.  The three games will release as one package and includes Dark Souls Remastered, Dark Souls II Scholar of the First Sin, and Dark Souls III The Fire Fades Edition.  The Dark Souls Trilogy will come in a steelbook case.

In case you were wondering, this trilogy includes all of the original release and downloadable content that has come out for all three games.  Bandai Namco says that there will be a limited number of physical editions available for the trilogy and they encourage those interested in the package to pre-order the game.

The Dark Souls Trilogy will release on October 19th, 2018 and will cost $79.99.

Bandai Namco is certainly releasing a ton of Dark Souls content as of late.  The Dark Souls Remastered released just a short while ago on the Xbox One and PlayStation 4, with a Switch version still on the way.  Dark Souls Remastered released back in May of this year and we took another look at the game which seemed well worth the price of admission.

It’s hard to imagine that anyone who’s interested in the Dark Souls series not getting some overlapping content here, and the trilogy is a bit on the pricey side, but this one seems like its for the true collectors or those that have yet to play the remaster.
