Bungie has revealed a ton of the Playstation exclusive content that will be available in Destiny. As we’ve known for a while, PS3 and PS4 owners will get some exclusive in-game items when Destiny launches, as well as a few extras with the DLC. The video revealed today deals with the content that will be available on launch day. It boldly claims that “The ultimate Destiny experience is only on Playstation” before showing the extra maps, guns, and gear. It is important to note that all of the exclusive items are timed-exclusive, meaning they could go to other systems some time in Fall 2015.

The Ultimate Destiny Experience is Only on PlayStation.

The items included exclusively for the PS3 and PS4 versions of Destiny are the multiplayer map Exodus Blue and the cooperative map Dust Palace, a set of armor for each class such as the Vanir Titan gear set, and the “Exotic Arsenal” which features a couple of weapons called the Monte Carlo Exotic Auto Rifle and the Hawkmoon Exotic Hand Cannon. More information about each of the items can be found here.

All of these will be available on launch day, which is September 9th. They will remain exclusive to PS3 and PS4 versions of Destiny at least until Fall 2015, but could go to Xbox 360 and Xbox One after that if Bungie and Activision want to make them available. More exclusive content is heading to Playstation with each of the two expansions planned for Destiny. Those are titled Destiny Expansion I: The Dark Below and Destiny Expansion II: House of Wolves, both of which come with the Limited and Ghost editions of Destiny.

More Destiny info is bound to become available as the game approaches its release date, so keep checking here for news as it comes out. Also, be sure to come back to see what we thought of the game in our review.
