Today Bethesda announced that Dishonored 2 has gone gold. This means that development on the title has concluded, outside of the usual updates and patches. This is a huge step for the game to take ahead of its November 11th release date.
Along with the news that Dishonored 2 had gone gold, Bethesda also issued some important technical details about the release. This includes the preload times for each platform, with Xbox One already allowing preloading, and PS4 and PC beginning on November 8th. There will be a day one update as well, so be sure to have your system hooked up to the internet before you begin playing.
We also received the PC system requirements for Dishonored 2, showing that the game’s file size will be around 60GB, and that players on PC will require a decent machine to run the game. The Dishonored 2 PC system requirements are below:
