Disney may have cancelled future Disney Infinity products, but the last few toys are now being released. The newest toys are from Alice in Wonderland to coincide with the latest movie coming out this weekend.
Amazon has listed new Disney Infinity 3.0 toys for Alice, Time and The Mad Hatter. These figures are only compatible for the third game and cost $13.99 each. You need to download a new update for the game in order for these characters to be playable.
The character designs are based off of their appearances from the upcoming Alice: Through the Looking Glass movie. This is unlike in the Kingdom Hearts games where those characters were based on the old 1951 animated movie.
Alice Through the Looking Glass is a sequel to the Tim Burton directed Alice in Wonderland. The first movie made over $1 billion at the Box Office thanks to the craze about 3D movies when Avatar first came out.
Alice Through the Looking Glass includes most of the cast from the first film and comes out in North America on May 27th, 2016. These toys will be the last few to be released for Disney Infinity 3.0 as the franchise won’t be continuing from 2017 onward.
