Bioware has released the first DLC for Dragon Age Inquisition: Jaws of Hakkon. In this DLC you will receive a whole new story to play through, a whole new area in Thedas and new allies in your fight. The aforementioned new allies are the Avvar, who are said to be a fierce people who, in the trailer below, appear to wear inuit-esque clothing and wield glowy blue weapons.
The story revolves around an Inquisitor from the past who pursued a dragon that was plaguing the Avvar people and there appear to be a splinter tribe of Avvar who are attempting to bring back the dragon, Hakkon. As the Inquisitor, the story will revolve around your character investigating what exactly happened all those years ago.
The Jaws of Hakkon DLC is now available for players on PC and Xbox One with no news on if and when they may appear on other platforms. It is however noteworthy that the DLC is stated to be “First on Xbox One and PC” which implies porting to PS4, PS3 and Xbox 360 in the future.
