Bandai Namco’s Dragon Ball FighterZ continues presenting its roster of characters, and today it’s the turn of Gohan. The elder son of Goku is shown fighting Cell in one of the stages of the game, using spectacular moves reminiscing of the most impressive scenes of the anime. While Gohan changes his appearance througout the anime, as the character reaches maturity as the story progresses, the version showcased in this video seems to be his teenage form.
Only a few seconds are enough to see why so many fans are extremely excited to play the game next February, as they manage to recreate all the thrill and spectacularity that have made Dragon Ball one of the most popular manga series of all time.
In the last few weeks the game has also presented other playable characters including the brand new Android 21, who will make her franchise debut in this game. Her appearance is heavily related to the main story of the game, which is focused on an alternate reality involving Android 16. Other recently announced characters involve Buu, Yamcha, Tien, or the pre-order extras Blue Goku and Blue Vegeta, who will have different moves from their standard versions.
Dragon Ball FighterZ is launching on PS4, Xbox One, and PC in February 2018. Watch the new trailer below.
