Dragon Ball Xenoverse may have been delayed by a week in the US until February 24, but the Japanese release is almost upon us on February 5th. In anticipation of this release in only a week, Bandai Namco has released a brand new Japanese trailer for the game that showcases a number of different characters that will be playable in the game.
After multiple disappointing games in a row for the series, Dragon Ball Xenoverse looks like it may actually reverse that trend according to the first reviews from Famitsu that we told you about last night. This trailer does even more to show off why that may be the case by giving us a glimpse at a good number of characters that will be on the playable roster.
This includes some of the more common characters we’ve seen plenty of like Goku and Frieza, but it also shows off characters like Kid Buu and even Super Saiyan 4 Goku, Omega Shenron, and Super 17. The trailer also concludes with the custom character creation process, which is one of the most intriguing features of this game.
Dragon Ball Xenoverse will release in Japan next week, followed by a release in the US on February 24 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, and PlayStation 3, with a PC release three days later.
