Dying Light 2 Hyper Mode Event is Available Now

Recommended Videos

Dying Light 2 Hyper Mode Event is live right now, so fans of the limited time game-mode will be able to enjoy it for a couple of days. This is certainly excellent news for fans of the game and game mode.  In Hyper Mode players are able to launch enemies into the air when they get strength surges which definitely spices things up from the vanilla experience.

Dying Light 2 was released back in February, and since then, players have been having fun with the awaited sequel to the open-world zombie game released back in 2016. At the time of its release, Dying Light 2 came out strong getting positive reviews, on Metacritic, it got a 77/100. At the time of its release, the game had more than 50 thousand active players, and that is only its Steam version, the game is also available on the console market, so we could quickly be talking about more than one hundred thousand players.

This limited time mode gives players super strength

Today, the Dying Light 2 Official Twitter page made a tweet regarding a new game mode coming to their game. You can see the official tweet below:

For the few players who do not know what the game mode offers, they will get the chance to launch their enemies into the air with incredible strength. With strength like the one you will possess in this game mode, enemies will mean nothing more than a ragdoll waiting to be punched across the map, so if you like Dying Light 2 but are ready for a bit of change, Hyper Mode is a good alternative.

Dying Light 2 has managed to retain a considerable amount of players, since it’s 1Q launch.  Though they certainly had stiff competition as Elden Ring launched shortly after. This is the last of the four Booster events developers set to release for the game. According to Dying Light 2‘s Steam page, this may be the last of the events, but that does not mean more content is not on the way.

Dying Light 2 is available now on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox Series X|S.
