The Assassin’s Creed movie is finally coming this December after a few days, with us getting the first trailer fairly recently. With Ubisoft being behind the movie, there was almost no way it wouldn’t get a focus at their E3 conference and that it did.

To talk about the movie, they brought producer Frank Marshall out. He discussed why he thought this movie was special and talked about how the movie is a little bit of a mix of the familiar with new elements.

Marshall praised lead Michael Fassbender and how they surrounded him with a great cast and the real world environments that are going to look amazing on film.

What he is most excited about with the movie is the multi-layered mythology that comes from the game, with a world that we will want to see. Before the segment was over, we also got a special behind the scene sneak peek and never before seen footage from the movie as well.

This sneak peak discusses the movie and how they have made it possible, as well as more footage of the gorgeous locales in the game.

Assassin’s Creed will be in theaters on December 21, and make sure to check back as we’ll link the new footage as soon as it is uploaded by Ubisoft.
