Going into E3 this week, there have been countless rumors to surface, a number of which involved Bethesda. Well, now that the Bethesda conference has come and gone, a few of the rumored games were not revealed, though one may have been hidden during the presentation.

The start of the Bethesda conference was very exciting as it brought us the reveal of Quake Champions, but that might not have been their only reveal during that segment. At the very beginning, we see a DOS screen with a command prompt like seen above, which we notice has something rather interesting on it.

If you look closely, you will notice that a number of different games are listed here with release dates next to them, including the Wolfenstein and Doom series. Specifically, it lists “Wolf3D” for Wolfenstein 3D, “New_Order” for Wolfenstein: The New Order, and “Old_Blood” for Wolfenstein: The Old Blood DLC expansion, all of which have their corresponding release dates.

The most interesting part though is what is found directly beneath “Old_Blood” where it says “New_Colossus,” which has a number of asterisks in place of the dates, showing that it is definitely not released yet.

Considering it is found directly beneath the other Wolfenstein titles and would fit in with their naming scheme, it would seem this may be the name for the next game in the series. However, it appears they were not ready to show it just yet at E3 2016, so we’ll have to wait and see if this comes to pass in the future.
