Sega is continuing to push their Make War Not Love promotion, giving gamers free PC games via Steam. The first set was full of old school goodness, with Jet Set Radio, Golden Axe, and Hell Yeah! being available for free on the Valve owned platform. This time the games get a bit more current, and a lot darker, with Streets of Rage 2, Binary Domain, Condemned: Criminal Origins.
Last time all you had to do to get the free Steam games was load up the client and go to the right page. The process has gotten a little bit more complicated this time though. Instead you will have to go to the official website for the promotion, hit the Redeem Prize button, and enter your email. A Steam code will then be sent to you, which you can put into Steam to get the free games.
Of course, they aren’t taking your email just to give you free stuff, so you’ll also be signing up for the Make War Not Love newsletter. This should just give you a heads up when there are some new freebies to grab though, so it feels like a small price to pay for a bunch of free games.
Next up looks to be Gunstar Heroes, Renegade Ops, and Vikings: Battle for Asgard. Keep checking back for these to unlock soon.
