The first expansion for Ghost Recon: Wildlands dubbed “Narco Road” is set to arrive on April 18th. Â The expansion is set to have players taking down a new threat in three gangs of smugglers lead by a ring leader known as El Invisible.
The downloadable content is said to feature over fifteen new missions in the campaign, as well as new side missions that offer new racing challenges. Â The DLC seems to be centered around gaining followers and fame which will push them closer to relationships with three main bosses that will lead to taking out El Invisble.
The three underbosses of Narco Road are:
- Eddie Escovado: The self-proclaimed social media star and adrenaline-addicted leader of the Kamikazes gang.
- Arturo Rey: The mysterious leader of the Death Riders, a gang of riders who worship Santa Muerte.
- Tonio Mateos: The arrogant leader of the Jinetes Locos, a gang specializing in racing muscle cars
Alongside the new missions, Narco Road will also feature new outfits, weapons, and vehicle types– which includes monster trucks, muscle cars, powerful motorcycles and nimble planes.
With the arrival of the DLC Wildlands will be updated with new weekly challenges for solo and cooperative play that refresh each Wednesday. Â The reward for completing said challenges are unique in-game items. Â The update will arrive just ahead of the downloadable content on April 12th.
Narco Road will be available across all platforms on April 18th for Season Pass holders. Â Those looking to purchase a la carte will need to wait until April 25th and it’ll cost $14.99
