Hollow Knight, the much-lauded action-adventure game is finally coming to Xbox and Playstation 4 following its critical success on PC and Nintendo Switch. This special edition entitled Hollow Knight: Voidheart launches on both platforms September 25th.
If you’ve somehow never heard of Hollow Knight: Voidheart Edition, it’s a challenging 2D action-adventure of the Metroidvania genre. You play as the titular hero on a perilous journey through a forgotten underground kingdom. You face a multitude of strange and mysterious foes and allies as you hack, slash and leap your way through.
Hollow Knight: Voidheart Edition, developed by indie developer Team Cherry, and ported in collaboration with Shark Jump comes with four expansions for even more hours of bug–killing action. These include Hidden Dreams, The Grimm Troupe, Lifeblood and Godmaster expansions.
The vanilla game already had a vast map with numerous hidden areas offering tens of hours of play. Adding four expansions makes this insane value for any lover of the genre at the RRP of $21.95.
Hollow Knight: Voidheart Edition launches digitally, September 25th on Xbox and is already available for pre-order on PlayStation 4. PlayStation Plus members also get a bonus 20% discount.
