Killzone Facebook Page Prepares For E3 By Adding More Helghast

Guerilla Games fans know that Killzone is a staple of the studio from the beginning, but with word that their next project ‘Horizon’ is set to take center stage soon as their next title, many fans were worried that they will forget about Killzone. However, it appears that this is not the case with constant community events in Shadow Fall and live streams of their classic games. Now fans have also been treated to a revamp of their Facebook page which sees their cover photo and profile picture to that of the Helghast army.

The new profile photo is very similar to that of the Helghast in Shadow Fall. Their new cover photo is simply just an array of different Helghast. Many fans are speculating that the sudden changes before E3 2015 could mean that Guerilla Cambridge is working on a new Killzone game while Guerilla Games main studio is working on ‘Horizon’. It makes sense given that Cambridge’s last title was Killzone: Mercenary for the PlayStation Vita and according to Wikipedia (which is not a reliable source), they are working on an ‘Unannounced Project’ for the PlayStation 4.

Again, this is all just speculation, but fans have been asking for more Killzone lately, and some even going as far as asking for one where you would play as a Helghast. I guess time will tell if we will see another Killzone game, but it feels like it might be the right time to announce it for a 2016 release given that Killzone: Shadow Fall was a launch title.
