Nintendo isn’t really known as a company that relies on pre-order bonuses all that much, but it seems like they’re going all out in the UK for The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild pre-orders. The game has a ton of different options available across different stores, and Nintendo themselves have taken on the task of breaking it all down for buyers. With a shirt, keychain, and other physical goodies on the line, you’d better decide which item you want.
First up is a new Zelda: Breath of the Wild t-shirt. Featuring the blue Sheikah symbo, this item can only be ordered on the official Nintendo UK Store. Then there’s a keyring and poster set that has some very nice art from the game, and a Z with the Master Sword running through it. These can be purchased at your local GAME store, and those in Ireland can grab them from Gamestop.
That’s not all though. There is also a set of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild wristbands which will come for free with any pre-order from Grainger Games. Finally there is an exclusive pin badge that comes free with pre-orders from ShopTo. All of these items are available with both the Wii U and Nintendo Switch versions, so choose wisely.
The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is certainly shaping up to be one of the biggest games of the year. Its initial unveiling on Wii U set gamers abuzz, but many delays caused anticipation to wane somewhat. Finally Nintendo confirmed that the game would arrive in 2017 for both Wii U and Nintendo Switch, which has gotten everyone excited all over again.
The game comes in three forms: standard, Special Edition, and Master Edition. Currently the Master Edition is sold out everywhere, and the Special Edition is pretty close to it.
