Star Wars Celebration Europe 2016 will be happening later this year in London and Disney has announced that a ton of video games will be at the show.
Disney announced on the official Star Wars website that several video games will be invading Star Wars Celebration Europe 2016 and these games include: Star Wars Battlefront, LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Star Wars: Commander, Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes, Star Wars: The Old Republic, and Star Wars: Force Collection
Disney noted that this is the largest amount of video games that it has showcased at any Star Wars Celebration event. They also said to stay tuned for more details so hopefully there will be previews for upcoming Star Wars video games.
We do know a sequel for Battlefront is scheduled for Fall 2017 while Visceral’s game has been pushed back until 2018. Sadly, Disney Infinity won’t be in the mix as Disney cancelled the series altogether. There would have been a Rogue One play set and Episode 8 content in Disney Infinity 4.0.
Anyway, the Star Wars Celebration event in London is happening July 15-17, 2016 at the ExCeL London Exhibition Centre. Aside from video games, there will be lots more Star Wars goodness you can gawk at.
