Just yesterday (September 6), it was revealed that Life is Strange: Before the Storm, the prequel to 2015’s hit Life is Strange, will be coming to macOS and Linux computers next week, giving new audiences the opportunity to experience its story. Now, the game’s potential audience grows even more, as the game gets ready to be ported to even more platforms.
It was announced today via social media that Life is Strange: Before the Storm will be coming to both iOS and Android devices on September 19, less than a week after the macOS and Linux versions become available. While the macOS and Linux versions of the game will be ported by porting company Feral Interactive, the iOS and Android versions will be handled in-house by the game’s original developer Deck Nine Games.
There has yet to be an official statement about whether the mobile ports will be of the regular version of Life is Strange: Before the Storm, the Deluxe Edition, or if both will be available. It is also unknown if these mobile ports will contain the Photo Mode that came with the mobile ports of the original Life is Strange. Luckily, we won’t have to wait much longer to find out, since the ports become available in less than two weeks.
