Little Nightmares will be back on stores this fall with the upcoming Complete Edition launching in October for PS4 and Xbox One, Bandai Namco has announced. This new release will allow players to get the full game plus the three different expansions included in the season pass, which comes in the package as a download code. These additional chapters introduce a new playable character called The Runaway Kid, who goes through a different path from the main game’s protagonist to get out of the twisted world of The Maw.
The first expansion is called the The Depths, and it’s available right now for all platforms, while the other chapters are expected to come in November 2017 and January 2018. Here is the official description of The Depths, via Steam: “Others lead the escape but the Kid drops down into the Depths of the Maw. Little does he know that this murky place is home to The Granny – abandoned to decay and rage she will let no-one go. He must struggle on if he wants to survive, leap from floating debris to avoid being pulled into the treacherous waters, and find a way to create a path through the depths.”
Developed by Tarsier Studios, Little Nightmares has been one of the surprises of the year, a terrifying platforming game which has received great reviews, praising its dark and twisted visual style.
Little Nightmares Complete Edition arrives on Playstation 4 and Xbox One on October 27th. Check out the new trailer below.
