2K Games and Hangar 18 are set to release a new patch for Mafia 3 on PC later today. The new patch is supposed to address issues regarding the framerate.

The Mafia Twitter page announced: PC players: we anticipate our patch including 30, 60 & unlimited fps options to go live by tonight, Pacific Time. Our patch that includes 30, 60 & unlimited fps options will go live at 3PM PT.

When Mafia 3 came out earlier this week, it had a lock of 30fps. Hopefully the new patch is successful so people can play the game at a much higher framerate.

2K and Hangar 18 are set to be very busy because the framerate is not only problem that PC Mafia 3 owners are experiencing. A YouTuber by the name of CrowbCat has uploaded a great video of all the glitches in the game he has found.

If you watch the video, you can see how bad the game is right now. 2K should have delayed the game because this PC port is not at a playable state. The main character falls inside the game world and the A.I. sometimes float on air. The video is quite funny, although people who paid for the game full price are probably not laughing…
