Suda51’s first trip into the world of hired guns, killers, and assassins is coming to PCs later this fall, So, now’s the time to either get re-acquainted with the cast of…colorful characters fans will be working in the coming weeks. NIS America has put together a brief dossier breaking down three of the seven assassins players will encounter over the course of Killer 7’s winding story, and it’s certainly safe to say that they’re all people no one would want to cross paths with.
The Cleaner, also known as Garcian Smith, serves as the main protagonist of Killer 7. He’s the anchor of the group and the only capable of bringing the others back should their enemies manage to get the best of them. Anything else beyond that is better learned in game. Following Mr. Smith is “the Hellion,” aka Dan Smith. As a man who prefers to let his revolver do most of the talking, Dan’s special ability is rather fitting. “Collateral Shot” concentrates the firepower of several normal shots into one big burst of damage, perfect for taking down tougher obstacles and enemies.
Last up is “Four Eyes,” or Kevin Smith. As seen in the trailer above, his specialty is throwing knives and infiltration. All three of these men are absolutely deadly, but Kevin seems like a special case. At least one can see the other two coming and have time to process what’s about to happen, but Kevin doesn’t allow his enemies that luxury; they get eliminated without even knowing what happened or why, and that’s downright terrifying.
Killer 7 releases for PC via Steam sometime this fall. NIS America has yet to announce an official release date.
