Idea Factory has released a new trailer of the upcoming Megadimension Neptunia VIIR in which they present each of the controllable heroines of this adventure. This title is a complete rework of the original 2016 release, recreating the game on a new engine that allows full compatibility with PlayStation VR, and enhanced graphics playing on a regular PS4. This makes the game to stand out as one of the very few anime-styled titles in the PSVR catalogue, making a strong case for fans of JRPGs to make the jump to the virtual reality along with their favourite waifus.
In Megadimension Neptunia VIIR, the Goddesses go online to the world of Gameindustry to save the Zero Dimension from collapsing under the attack of the Dark CPU. As a game-within-a-game, VIIR is filled with meta jokes and tons of irony, always presenting a fabulous adventure that doesn’t take itself that seriously.
An exclusive addition to this release will be a new feature that allows VR players to rest at ‘home’ and get to know each of the girls personally, which is pretty much the dream of any anime fan. The player’s room in the game is completely customizable.
Megadimension Neptunia VIIR launches for PS4 on Spring 2018.
