Some Xbox One owners are unhappy with the new console due to it being too noisy, and they’ve taken their complaints to the Microsoft forums to voice their complaints.  These users are complaining about noises coming from the Xbox One that probably shouldn’t be happening for a new piece of hardware.  Buzzing, clicking and miscellaneous sounds appear to be coming out of some unfortunate customer’s machines, and Microsoft is set to replace these faulty consoles, according to CNET.

A number of similar complaints recently started popping up on the Xbox forums, so Microsoft has issued a statement on the issue, claiming that they will be exchanging these machines for new systems.

“We have heard that a small number of Xbox One owners in some situations may hear a noise from the console that is too loud.  While this does not affect the safety or functionality of the system, we’re asking customers who believe they are experiencing this issue to contact Xbox Support. At the request of our customers, we are exchanging those consoles for new systems.”

Xbox One owners who feel like they may be encountering these problems can contact Microsoft to arrange for an exchange.
