PC hardware is more powerful than consoles and users tend to tinker around with the settings. Well gamers will be disappointed to know that Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 is locked at only 30fps on PC.
This is according to many Steam reports for Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4. For some reason, Bandai Namco has put restrictions in place so that some options are not available for PC gamers to use.
Many PC gamers were hoping they would be able to play at 60fps, but this isn’t a possibility anymore. There are lots of other options that aren’t available also which has caused many to leave mixed reviews over on the game’s Steam page.
The game currently has a lukewarm 6/10 rating from users on Steam and most of the negative reviews are about how badly optimized it is for PC users. Not only is there the fps lock, but some gamers are experiencing low frame rates and other problems.
Many gamers are not satisfied as Bandai Namco promised Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 will be better for PC users. Alas, it appears they didn’t listen to the feedback and this PC port isn’t as great as everyone thought it would be. Hopefully some future updates/patches should fix things.
