Dragon Ball Xenoverse released in early 2015 and proved that you could still make a really great Dragon Ball game, while also setting up an excellent foundation for the future. That future is nearly here as Dragon Ball Xenoverse is less than two months away and now we have more gameplay footage between the series’ two titans.
A lot of gaming companies were present at PAX West this past weekend and Bandai Namco was one of them, which included Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 of course.
During a live Twitch stream, we got to see a bout between Goku and Super Saiyan 4 Vegeta, which you would think would be quite the mismatch. The fast paced action looks great as always and really has us excited to play as our favorite characters once again.
Following this match, we also get to see a little bit of the game’s created character in action, where he faces off against Trunks. This is where the core of the game is going to be found, so that is something we can’t wait to try out ourselves.
Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 will be releasing on October 25 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC, and make sure to check out some of the footage from the stream from the YouTube video below.
