A new Mortal Kombat X patch update will be released this week that will improve on many areas of the game.
Ed Boon made the announcement during a livestream for Mortal Kombat X. Most of the changes being made will address the issues of online play. Several of the fixes will hope to improve on the bugs the PC version is currently experiencing.
Boon said NetherRealm Studios is continuing to make fixes to the online experience in Mortal Kombat X. Things are a lot better than they were when the game launched nearly three weeks ago. However the team says it’s not yet “where we want or need to be“.
One thing that will be changed in Mortal Kombat X is allowing players to back out from an online match if your connections aren’t good. You will now have the option to do a new search for a player that may have a better connection.
The new patch update will also improve the time it takes to download Mortal Kombat X’s “living towers, faction page and leaderboards on PS4“.
The PC version of Mortal Kombat X has been suffering with the most problems. This new patch update will hopefully iron out all the bugs that PC gamers have been experiencing.
