Microsoft has announced today three more Xbox 360 games that will be backwards compatible on the Xbox One console. There are now well over 150 Xbox 360 games you can play on the Xbox One.
Larry “Major Nelson” Hyrb announced on Twitter today: “Garou MOTW, Sonic the Fighters & Duke Nukem MP are now available on Xbox One Back Compat”
The full names are Garou: Mark of the Wolves and Duke Nukem: Manhattan Project. All of the games are available digitally only, so you need to download them via the Xbox Live marketplace.
If you owned them already on the Xbox 360, they should appear automatically via your downloads library on Xbox One. If you want to buy the games, you can simply purchase them online. All of the games won’t take much off of your hard drive as the file sizes for them are all under 1 GB.
It’s interesting to note how Microsoft is adding more smaller games to the list as of late. Many are still waiting for more big hitters such as the likes of Red Dead Redemption, Call of Duty: Black Ops and Skate 3 just to name a few. Hopefully these bigger games are playable later this year.
