Nintendo has put up a job listing for level designers on its official website. It sounds like the project is a 3D action game for the upcoming NX console.
Not a lot of information has been posted about it yet, but the position calls for Level Designers to work on a 3D action game of some sort. The location is based in Tokyo.
The candidates have to be able to create levels and also be able to check out bugs and more. It’s interesting the recruitment page says the level designers are only under contract. They are not permanent positions from the sounds of things.
It’s possible this action game might be set to be a launch title for the upcoming NX console. The latest rumor suggests many of the famous franchises will return for the new console. These franchises includes the likes of Mario, Zelda, Donkey Kong and more.
It’s highly possible Nintendo will launch a Mario game with the NX. Mario has always been the company’s most dependable character and game franchise. Mario is not only popular with fans, but critics praise the Mario games too.
Hopefully Nintendo announces NX details very soon. Fans have been waiting a long time to know how the console will fit in today’s video game market.
