Sean Murray has gone dark on Twitter ever since the launch of No Man’s Sky. A colleague has said he’s still alive and fine, but isn’t choosing to speak out just yet.
Paul Weir is the composer and audio director on No Man’s Sky. He answered a few questions via Twitter about the status of Sean Murray. The fan wanted to know how Sean is doing since he’s gone dark.
Weir said: “Sean is fine and we’re all busy on the next patch.” Another fan wanted to know why there hasn’t been any communication with gamers about the issues with the game.
Weir further said: “I’m afraid I have nothing useful to say. It’s entirely up to Hello or Sean as to when they want to talk publicly.”
Lastly in an earlier tweet, Weir said they have a timeframe for when the first content patch will be out, but any official announcements have to be done via Hello Games.
Neither Hello Games or Sean Murray have spoken publicly about the many issues that No Man’s Sky owners have about the game. Apart from releasing several update patches, nothing more has been said about the false promises that gamers wanted out of the game.
The last tweet Sean Murray has made on Twitter was way back on August 18th. Time will tell if he will ever tell us publicly about what went wrong…
