Nothing From Battlefield Is In Star Wars Battlefront Says DICE

DICE has now spoken out yet again that Star Wars Battlefront is totally unique from its famous Battlefield series.

Official PlayStation Magazine (via Gamesradar) interviewed DICE’s general manager, Patrick Bach.

He said Star Wars Battlefront doesn’t have a “single system in the game that is the same as in Battlefield“. He even went on to say that both games a far apart in terms of shooters as well.

Bach then mentioned that people might be surprised that Star Wars Battlefront is even a game developed by DICE. Although he said you can still expect the same quality of gameplay and audio that the studio is renowned for.

Many gamers feel that the new Battlefront game is just Battlefield with Star Wars characters and vehicles added in. However, DICE continues to campaign that the two games are totally different. It will be interesting to see what gamers think when the game finally comes out this November.

Star Wars Battlefront is one of the most anticipated games of all time. The last game in the series came out exactly ten years ago and fans have been eager for a follow up ever since. With The Force Awakens movie out in December, Star Wars fever has never been this high in a long time.
