Persona 3 and Persona 5 Dancing Games Get Costumes from Other Atlus Games

by Jose Belmonte

Atlus has revealed today a package of nostalgic costumes that will launch for the upcoming Persona 3 Dancing Moon Night and Persona 5 Dancing Star Night. The costumes will be available in Japan as part of the Deluxe Twin Plus for PSVita and will be released later as DLC. Fans from other creations from Atlus will be pretty excited at the idea of this package, as it allows them to play the games disguised as characters from previous Persona and Shin Megami Tensei titles including SMT II, SMT III: Nocturne, SMT IV and SMT IV: Final, as well as spin-offs like Digital Devil Saga or Strange Journey.

The trailer released to showcase the costumes suggests that the Persona 3 game will receive 8 outfits, while the Persona 5 spin-off will receive 7. In some way it makes all the sense that these games are getting this type of bonus content, as one of the ideas behind their development is nothing other than celebrating the music and other fan favourite aspects from the original games.

Atlus has already release several trailers focused on specific characters of the games, and they are preparing a few special editions for the Japanese launch.

Persona 3 Dancing Moon Night and Persona 5 Dancing Star Night launch on May 24 in Japan for PS4 and PSVita. Watch the new trailer below.
